the location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from a popular restaurant and a metro station. the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of power sockets. the bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. the breakfast selection was perfect, with a choice of pastries and rolls each day. We also enjoyed the common areas with a fridge and Nespresso machine available.
The sound-proofing could have been better, as we could hear some hallway noise from time to time.

The guesthouse was well situated, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and provided us with useful tips on what to do in the surrounding area. the breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring some local specialties that we appreciated trying out.
The room was a bit on the small side, and lacked some basic amenities that we would have appreciated. We encountered a problem with the plumbing, which made the bathroom quite inconvenient to use.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect, close to the center, nightlife, and train station. The breakfast provided was decent, and it was a relief not having to worry about buying breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for our stay.
The decor in the rooms was a bit dull and not as expected from the pictures. Additionally, being a light sleeper, I could hear some noise from the road, so it would be advisable to bring earplugs.
